1. How Subscribe & Save works

When you tick Subscribe & Save, you receive one tub every 30 days at the subscription price shown at checkout (today: $44 per tub instead of $59).

Your payment method is charged automatically at each renewal, until you cancel.

2. We warn you before every charge

We email you 3 days before every renewal. That email shows the date and the amount, with two buttons: skip and cancel.

3. Cancel in one click

  • From the reminder email.
  • From your account, under “Subscriptions”.
  • Or write to support@ebbnu.com. We cancel it for you, no questions.

No minimum number of orders. No cancellation fee. No phone call.

4. Skip, pause or change flavor

Going away? Skip a delivery or push the date from the reminder email or from your account. You can switch between Watermelon, Lemon and Mixed Berry at any time.

5. Charged by mistake?

If a renewal goes through that you meant to cancel, tell us within 7 days and we refund it.

6. Your 60 days

Your first two charges are covered by the Ebb Promise. We won't take a third payment while your 60 days are still running.

7. If the price changes

If the subscription price ever changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the new price applies.

8. If a payment fails

We try again over the next few days and we email you. If it still fails, your subscription is paused. Nothing is charged later without telling you first.
