Ebb is a brand operated by SAWLI LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Ebb”, “we”, “us”).

These Terms of Service apply to ebbnu.com and to every order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You agree to give us accurate and complete information when you order, including your email and your shipping address.

Ebb Daily De-Puff is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug.

Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before you start any supplement, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition.
• Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, or if you are under 18.
• If you are bloated all the time and in pain, see a doctor first.
• Results vary from person to person.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout, before you pay.

• An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if a price was shown by mistake, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the price shown at checkout every 30 days, until you cancel.

• We email you 3 days before every renewal.
• You can skip or cancel in one click, at any time, with no fee.
• The subscription box is never ticked for you.

Shipping times and rates are in our Shipping Policy. If your order is lost or damaged on the way, we reship or refund.

Your first order is covered for 60 days: lighter, or every cent back, and you keep the tub. Read the full promise.

When you send us a review, a photo or a comment, you give us the right to use it, free of charge, on our site, in our emails and in our ads.

You confirm that it is yours, that it is honest, and that it reflects your own experience. If we ever give something in exchange for a review, we say so next to it.

The Ebb name, logo, texts, photos and designs belong to SAWLI LLC or its partners. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

• Resell our products without our written permission.
• Use the site to break the law or to harm someone.
• Copy, scrape or attack the site.
• Place an order with false information or with someone else's payment method.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SAWLI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

If you break these terms or the law while using our site, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the costs of that claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If something goes wrong, write to support@ebbnu.com first. We will do our best to fix it within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute goes before the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law where you live gives you the right to choose another court.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force on the day of your order applies to that order.
